I had been doing the work for another brokerage and was motivated by peers.

The ability to create a legacy for my family.

Competition with corporate America and fear are our biggest obstacles.

The ability to create jobs and opportunities for others.
How do you start your day?
Prayer and meditation.
If you had reset button to start all over, what would you do differently? Why?
Too many things to list, but I would tell my younger self to pay attention more.
What is a word that describes you?
I've hear it all my life "STUBBORN", but that just means I am determined!
What's the best advice you've ever received?
When a former employer told me they were firing me because I did not belong at a job. Didn't understand it them, but if he didn't let me go I would have settled and stayed in that field.
