I found J2M when I was nearly drowning in the demands of motherhood & felt like I didn’t have time to work out. I didn’t know anything about how to eat nourishing foods that I enjoyed & still lose weight. I didn't believe that I could reach my goals, especially not at home but with lots of encouragement “Ted Talks” and workouts specifically for my body I did!

I was stuck in a rut of not having enough time to work out before I met Christina. She really helped me prioritize myself and see my relationship with my health as the cup from which I can overflow into all my other responsibilities. This distinction may seem small but when you put yourself last on your list for years it takes time for the self care revolution to really sink in. Christina is so much more than a health coach—her patient persistence is what really allowed me to shift. It’s been over a year and I’m doing great. Forever grateful for the new energy that doesn’t have to come from coffee. Thanks so much Christina!
