J2M fitness helped this drowning mama prioritize herself and her goals. With J2M I was able to learn tools to help nourish my body properly, cut down on unnecessary snacking, and all while enjoying my favorite foods. I am grateful to this wonderful community that helped me when I was in one of the lowest places in my life. Thank you.

I’m truly thankful for my time with J2M fitness. I didn’t know where to start with nutrition, fitness, and how to recover from a m 4 finger separation from pregnancy.
They created a such a safe space to learn, to grow, and to show up for up for myself. I learned how to pair items with each other, I built endurance, and I became more confident in myself.
I started off at 215lbs and I’m 188lbs now and my abdominal separation is 1 finger. Although I’m no longer apart of the community, I will forever be grateful for everything J2M did for me. If you’re looking for a safe place to start your fitness journey, I 100% recommend J2M!

Christina is far and away the best coach I’ve ever worked with. She took extensive time to learn about who I am and what my needs are and created a program around what she knew I was capable of, versus forcing me to conform to some cookie cutter program. She took the time out of her own weekends to do check ins every single week and she never guilted me or made me feel like I failed if I didn’t meet my goal. J2M really focuses on and guides moms in a way that other coaches and programs claim to, but don’t actually do. I’ve recommended Christina and J2M to a number of my friends because they have supportive programs that are so unique, I can guarantee you won’t find anything like them!
