I ordered a birthday pack of candles for a friend. The packaging and customer service was outstanding. Candles are amazing, will be placing another order for myself.

The candles are amazing! I ordered a large Mother’s Day order and received it so quickly and she also included a handwritten note to each person.

This is the most unprofessional and unorganized travel company I have ever dealt with. I met every requirement that they asked of for booking the trip how ever, due to their systems failing and staff incompetence, they cancelled my trip stating that they never received the documentation. I sent a copy of the email generated by their system and that was not good enough. Then, I sent the actual PDF of the signed document and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and error on their behalf, they cancel the trip. I’ve never dealt with any company that operates as unorganized as this one. Think twice before you consider a vacation with this group.
