The only thing I can say is Phenomenal!!!! I could not believe the customer care! Her patience showed me she cared more than a service. She was literally in my head and following up with what I was going to ask for before I could ask and offering things I had no clue I was going to need. One of a kind literally!

Prompt service and quality products, ALWAYS! Stevie puts so much care and time in the packaging. The designs, styles, and variety of items offered is a breathe of fresh air! I can't wait to see what the House of Hicks has to come in the future.

I absolutely love Jermelle and her craft!! From start to finish, she’s passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. She communicates and keeps me posted on everything I need to know along the way and her end results are always flawless!! I recommend her for everything, she’s just an all around woman, literally does it all!!
