Beautifully designed, a compelling story, and fun poetry makes for a great experience for the family. It also makes yoga accessible for anyone interested in picking up the practice.

Everything about this book is wonderful. My 5 year old loooves yoga because of SonJoria and her products. Thank you for creating the representation we needed.

I love this book and everything it stands for. My students loved reading a book with a Black family and having characters that looked like them. Many of them have borrowed it to share with their own families at home!
I really enjoy taking classes with Sonjoria. She is both personable and professional. Her classes are always welcoming and inviting.
