TieSha Carter, owner of Jacx Carter Designs, is a Systems Engineer and self-taught Jewelry Designer. Jacx Carter Designs is a fusion of her engineering background and love for creative arts. Carter is a huge proponent of mental health awareness as her own battle is what propelled her to take up jewelry design and launch the brand in 2021.

I have asked for specific designs from Jessy and she always comes through. Her pieces never dissapoints as gifts. I have heard my friends say that her Jewelry makes them feel like Royalty.
