Allison Shimamoto is a haircare enthusiast with experience formulating natural beauty products at home for 10+ years. Prior to Haiama, Shimamoto's career was in management consulting at BCG where she focused on People and Organization Strategy. Shimamoto holds a bachelors from Brown University in Psychology and an MBA from The Darden School of Business at UVA.

Always super fast shipping, great deals and even greater product! The only place I get my lashes from! I’m new to using pigmented glosses however all the ones I’ve purchased I love they way they look on me ! If you haven’t purchased yet you are definitely missing out !
