Allison Shimamoto is a haircare enthusiast with experience formulating natural beauty products at home for 10+ years. Prior to Haiama, Shimamoto's career was in management consulting at BCG where she focused on People and Organization Strategy. Shimamoto holds a bachelors from Brown University in Psychology and an MBA from The Darden School of Business at UVA.

Amazing herbal tea blends you can't find elsewhere, excellently curated. It got this coffee drinker into drinking more tea for the first time in years. The Not Coffee options are really exciting and warm, and Breathe is a regular for whenever I need a boost. The various honey blends also elevate the experience. Don't miss out!

Due to menopause, I could not have coffee without serious hot flashes. Thanks to not coffee, I get to enjoy myself in the morning again. I was amazed at how well it gets me going in the morning. This is the BEST TEA EVER. The different kinds are incredible, the customer service is amazing, and the different tea and china 'drops' are always, always so cool. Customer for life.
