Allison Shimamoto is a haircare enthusiast with experience formulating natural beauty products at home for 10+ years. Prior to Haiama, Shimamoto's career was in management consulting at BCG where she focused on People and Organization Strategy. Shimamoto holds a bachelors from Brown University in Psychology and an MBA from The Darden School of Business at UVA.

The only thing I can say is Phenomenal!!!! I could not believe the customer care! Her patience showed me she cared more than a service. She was literally in my head and following up with what I was going to ask for before I could ask and offering things I had no clue I was going to need. One of a kind literally!
