Allison Shimamoto is a haircare enthusiast with experience formulating natural beauty products at home for 10+ years. Prior to Haiama, Shimamoto's career was in management consulting at BCG where she focused on People and Organization Strategy. Shimamoto holds a bachelors from Brown University in Psychology and an MBA from The Darden School of Business at UVA.

Great products! Love love love these candles. There's such a variety of scents to choose from and the long lasting burn time is simply amazing.
