Allison Shimamoto is a haircare enthusiast with experience formulating natural beauty products at home for 10+ years. Prior to Haiama, Shimamoto's career was in management consulting at BCG where she focused on People and Organization Strategy. Shimamoto holds a bachelors from Brown University in Psychology and an MBA from The Darden School of Business at UVA.

I love the butters. Winter is coming and my body is so happy. The candles work wonderfully to neutralize the smells throughout my salon with calming fresh sense.
